Tarmak-DH to Colemak-DH

Introduction

For my transition from Qwerty to Colemak-DH for use on my then-new split ergo keyboard, I used the “Transitional Colemak” (Tarmak). For posterity, I have noted down the steps that I followed below. I transitioned each step as I re-hit around 40wpm consistently with at least 90% accuracy.
